Programs and consent

Heat & Honor offers two optional text-message programs. Reservation texts include an order confirmation and pickup updates for a dinner you reserved. Weekly Dinner Alerts include announcements and promotions for upcoming Heat & Honor meals. Each program has its own unchecked consent box on the reservation form.

Message frequency and charges

Reservation texts include one confirmation and up to two pickup updates per order. Weekly Dinner Alerts send up to two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or reserving a meal.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also text HELP to (513) 951-6038. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use mobile information only as described in our Privacy Policy. Text-message consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
