REWARDS TERMS

Heat & Honor Rewards.

Joining

Heat & Honor Rewards is free and optional. A member's phone number identifies the account. Joining rewards does not enroll a member in promotional text messages or emails.

Earning points

Members earn one point for every whole dollar actually paid on an eligible Heat & Honor dinner. Points are added after the order is picked up and payment is completed. Amounts paid with rewards or other discounts do not earn points.

Using rewards

Every 50 points may be redeemed for $5 off a future eligible Heat & Honor dinner. Available rewards are applied in $5 increments at pickup. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot reduce an order below zero.

Returns, cancellations, and changes

Points may be removed when an order is cancelled, refunded, or reversed. Points currently do not expire while the program remains active. Heat & Honor may correct errors or change or end the program with reasonable notice.
